Terms And Conditions
Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GapTube.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a 5-day trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Reviewthatplace.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information during sign-up and keep it updated. Account credentials are personal; you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login.
2. Trial, Subscriptions & Fees
- Free trial. New users receive one 5-day free trial.
- Subscription fee. After the trial, continued access requires payment of US $50 per topic per month with unlimited users and ideas. Fees are billed in advance and processed by Authorize.net
- Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which you agree to pay.
- No refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
3. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your internal research and content-planning purposes. You will not: (a) reverse-engineer or decompile the software; (b) scrape or copy data except via features expressly provided; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; or (d) bypass security measures.
4. User Content
“User Content” means any topics, notes, tags, or other materials you upload or generate through the Service. You retain ownership of User Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service interacts with third-party platforms:

We are not responsible for third-party services; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or that scores or recommendations will boost your channel performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Neither Company nor its subsidiaries, partners, owners, shareholders, parent companies, sister companies, express or implied agents, representatives, employees, or third-party vendors, shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service—even if advised of the possibility. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Exceptions apply only where such limits are prohibited by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, and licensors from any claim, loss, or demand (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges. Sections 4–12 survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA ICDR Rules in Miami, Florida. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 14 days after we notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
